Listed below are Frequently Asked Questions. Feel free to find answers to questions our customers ask us the most.

Do I need my serial number to order parts?
Yes. The serial number of your lift uniquely identifies the exact configuration that the manufacturer gave your lift. With that information, we can get you the exact part you need right away.

Do you have a catalog of your available parts?
Unfortunately, no. However, our parts specialists use an extensive selection of parts manuals to locate your part quickly and accurately. Give us a try!

What is a proper service schedule for my rough terrain forklift?
Rough terrain forklifts need regular service to stay in top shape. We offer a regular maintenance program at 200 and 500 hours.

Where is my serial number located?
That depends on the model, and in some cases, the serial number of your lift. Don't panic! Finding your serial number is easy if you look in the following places:

  • The rear of the machine, at the back of the frame
  • Inside the Operator's cab, either behind the seat, or directly underneath
  • On the outside of the Operator's cab
  • At the front of the frame, above the front axle If that fails, give us a call, and we'll help.

We're proud to be one of the Nation's foremost authorities on just about anything having to do with rough terrain forklifts. We're constantly adding to our FAQ knowledge base.
