We are confident that you will be satisfied with the parts you purchase from WEB Equipment, and you can rest assured of it with our 30 Day Return Policy. WEB Equipment will issue a check for a full refund to any customer who returns parts purchased from u s within thirty (30) days from our invoice date with the following provisions and exceptions:

A. Prior to returning the item(s), your shipping/parts department must call our parts department to be issued a return authorization number.

B. Your shipping department personnel must safely package the item(s) to be returned and clearly note the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

C. A copy of the original invoice or packing list from WEB Equipment must be included with the returned items for identification purposes.

D. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return freight of the part(s).

E. Any return not marked with an RMA#, and a copy of the invoice will be refused or shipped back to the shipper (customer).

F. Include a brief description as to the reason for the return (wrong part, quality, other).

G. Their will be no refund on freight such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select. These methods are upgraded options of shipping.

H. No returns are allowed on:

1. Parts or service manuals.
2. All electrical parts including starters, alternators, gauges, switches, and wiring harnesses.
3. Special Order items.

I. All items returned after thirty (30) days from our invoice date will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the amount of the invoiced item(s).

J. We will not accept return of any part after ninety (90) days from the invoice date.
