From a customer: “Thank you Al. You are a solid guy. Buying a machine from you was a good experience. I would recommend you to any future customers in an instant. There are so many companies selling these types of machines, and I picked a winner.”
“I wanted to send you a note in regards to a recent purchase we had made through your company for a combo fuel tank/hydraulic tank for a sky track and 8042. I had been searching for a used tank via the Internet to replace one we have extensive rust damage.
Repairing said tank by lining/coating would have cost 2/3 price of new tank ($4000 ). I had made contact with Brian in your service/parts department and was pleased to find out that not only did he have the part number I was seeking, it was posted for $1000 less anyone else I had found on the Internet! In addition, I was promised that the tank would be at least in very good condition and if I wasn’t happy I had 15 days to return. Brian had even commented that he would sort through his inventory to ensure we would have no issues upon receipt. Web Equipment delivered as promised. The tank was recieved and was better than promised, in near perfect condition. Please thank Brian for his professionalism and his willingness to take the extra time to provide exceptional customer service. In closing To describe my first experience dealing with Web Equipment, only one word comes to mind: Impressed.”
